Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using Convotra AI ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

2. What the Service does

Convotra AI generates websites, chatbots, advertising campaigns, and social media content using AI, and can publish that content to third-party platforms you connect (Google Ads, Meta, Pinterest, and others). You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before it is published where the Service allows manual review, and for the accuracy of information you provide (business details, pricing, claims).

3. Your account

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that happens through connected third-party accounts (ad platforms, social accounts) while they remain connected to your Convotra account.

4. Billing & ad spend

Subscription fees and ad wallet top-ups are processed through Razorpay. Ad wallet funds are used to fund advertising campaigns created through the Service on connected ad platforms; once a campaign is live and spending, that spend is subject to the terms of the underlying platform (Google Ads, Meta, etc.) in addition to these Terms. Trial periods, where offered, convert to a paid plan only if you choose to continue - we do not auto-charge without your explicit action unless stated otherwise at signup.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Publish illegal, fraudulent, or misleading content or advertisements.
• Violate the terms of service of any connected third-party platform.
• Attempt to access another user's account, tenant, or data without authorization.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service's infrastructure.

6. AI-generated content

Content generated by the Service (website copy, ad copy, social captions, chatbot responses) is produced by AI models and may occasionally contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing generated content for accuracy before relying on it publicly, especially pricing, legal, or medical claims.

7. Termination

You may stop using the Service and disconnect any connected accounts at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.

8. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Convotra AI is not liable for losses arising from AI-generated content, third-party platform outages, advertising performance, or account suspensions by third-party platforms.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
